What we collect

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide (name, email address, and message content). When you make a purchase, payment and shipping details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we only receive your name, shipping address, and order details needed to fulfil your order. If you sign up for new-card alerts, we store your email address and when you signed up and confirmed.

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to enquiries, process orders, arrange shipping, and, if you've asked for them, send new-card alerts.

New-card alerts

We only email you about new cards if you signed up and then confirmed through the link we emailed you. Every alert includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes your email address from the list straight away. These emails are sent through our email provider, Resend.

Payment processing

All payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Please refer to Stripe's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

Cookies & analytics

With your consent (via the cookie banner shown on your first visit), we use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic — for example, how many people visit and which pages are popular. This sets cookies in your browser. You can decline this on the banner, and Google Analytics will not load. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

Data retention

We keep order and correspondence records for as long as needed to fulfil legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us.
