Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Razwaan Ullah, a sole trader trading as Graded Cards 01 ("we", "us"). We are not VAT registered. You can contact us via our contact page or at Gradedcards01@outlook.com. Our trading address is 24 Crystal Drive, Peterborough, PE2 9RJ, United Kingdom.

2. Products

We sell individually authenticated, professionally graded trading cards. Each listing states the card, its grading company, grade, and certification number. Grading is performed by an independent third-party grading company (PSA or ACE) — we do not grade cards ourselves and are not affiliated with either grading company.

3. Pricing & availability

A listing is removed once the card sells. Prices are shown in GBP and are correct at the time of listing but may change without notice until an order is placed.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card details. A contract of sale is formed once your payment is successfully processed.

6. Your right to cancel and return

You can cancel your order within 14 days, starting the day after you receive the card, without giving a reason. You're entitled to a refund of the price and the original delivery charge, and you pay the cost of returning the card. If a card is faulty, damaged or not as described, you can reject it within 30 days of delivery. How to cancel, where to send returns and a cancellation form are on our Shipping & Returns page.

7. Condition & authenticity

Cards are sold as graded and described. We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent each card's condition, grade, and any visible defects to the slab. You are encouraged to verify a card's certification number with the grading company before purchase.

Authenticity guarantee: if a card's certification number ever fails to verify on the grading company's website, or doesn't match the card in the slab, return the card and we'll refund the full price you paid.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the price paid for that item. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Age requirement

You must be 18 or over to place an order. If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to buy on your behalf.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts, and you keep the protection of your local consumer law.
